About the Owner
David M. Boyd Sr. (Lt. Retired)
Dave left high school at age 17 to serve in the US Army from 1970-1978. He served in Vietnam 1971-1972, United States, and Germany. Left the military for a career in Law Enforcement.
His Law Enforcement career began with the Woodmoor Police Department (1978-1979) and in 1979 was hired by the Colorado Springs Police Department (1979-1991). During his tenure with CSPD, Dave Boyd Sr. worked patrol, traffic investigations, and detective bureau. While with CSPD, Dave earned his BS Degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology and a Master Degree in Public Administration.
Dave left Colorado Springs PD in 1991 and started All-Investigations, had an unsuccessful run for El Paso County Sheriff in 1995 and decided to get a more well-rounded background and experience in corrections with the Colorado Department of Correction (1996-2013). Dave retired as a Lieutenant.
Throughout his career, Dave has testified as an expert witness in many disciplines within law enforcement.
